About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design AWS cloud architectures involving compute, networking, databases, and enterprise integrations
  • Define and implement infrastructure solutions using virtual machines, subnets, gateways, and related AWS components
  • Design and support containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes
  • Incorporate CI/CD practices into cloud solution design and deployment
  • Integrate AWS AI services, including Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker, into cloud solutions
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to translate business objectives into scalable AWS cloud architectures and strategic implementation roadmaps
  • Evaluate emerging cloud and AI technologies, recommending solutions that strengthen clients' technical ecosystems and business capabilities
  • Participate in technical pre-sales discussions, communicating architecture decisions and solution approaches to business and technical stakeholders
  • Collaborate with engineering teams, clients, and business stakeholders to define cloud architectures and support technical implementation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Senior-level experience with 7 years + designing and implementing AWS cloud architectures
  • Strong background in cloud infrastructure, networking, databases, and system integrations
  • Experience working with containerized applications, Kubernetes, and CI/CD environments
  • Experience participating in technical pre-sales activities and collaborating with business stakeholders
  • Experience delivering cloud architecture solutions in a consulting or professional services environment
  • Experience engaging with clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
  • AWS infrastructure, including virtual machines, subnets, gateways, and networking components
  • Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Database technologies and enterprise system integrations
  • Amazon Bedrock and Amazon SageMaker
  • Experience supporting cloud-based AI implementations, integrating solutions across multiple platforms and technologies (e.g., Amazon Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker, Azure AI, Google Vertex AI, and OpenAI APIs)
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly, adapting your approach to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong communication skills to challenge ideas constructively, influence architectural decisions, and provide technical leadership to multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience designing solutions for complex enterprise cloud environments
  • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering and consulting teams
