Key responsibilities & impact

Understand and translate business questions into structured analytical approaches
Conduct end-to-end analysis to support commercial and D2C initiatives
Write, optimise and use SQL queries to investigate business questions and work with relevant datasets
Provide analytical support across pricing, promotions and experimentation
Support analysis and interpretation of experiments and A/B tests where relevant
Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable business insights
Independently structure analytical problems, determine appropriate approaches and deliver high-quality outputs
Communicate progress, findings and next steps with the wider team
Collaborate with the Analytics team to increase analytical capacity and accelerate insight delivery

What you’ll need

6+ years' experience as a Senior Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role
Strong hands-on experience with SQL, including writing and optimising queries
Demonstrated ability to conduct independent, end-to-end analysis
Experience translating business questions into analytical approaches and actionable insights
Experience working collaboratively with analytics, commercial or business teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to understand business questions and structure them into clear analytical problems
Ability to work independently and take ownership of analytical deliverables
Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain findings, progress and next steps
Commercial mindset and ability to connect analysis with business outcomes
Ability to use AI tools to support analytical work and improve productivity
Comfortable working in collaborative and international environments
Nice to have: experience supporting pricing or promotional analysis
Nice to have: experience with experimentation or A/B testing
Nice to have: experience in eCommerce or Direct-to-Consumer environments
Nice to have: previous experience in trading or commercially focused roles
Nice to have: experience applying AI and automation to improve analytical workflows
