About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop automations and data pipelines using Python, PySpark, and SQL to modernize processes and reduce manual work
- Architect and develop end-to-end Machine Learning models, from data exploration and feature engineering through deployment, production monitoring, and retraining
- Work with large volumes of data in distributed environments, ensuring performance, quality, and traceability
- Work on Fraud, AML, Lead Scoring, and Churn projects, creating business-focused data and ML solutions
- Serve as a technical reference, supporting junior professionals through code reviews, best practices, and guidance in Data Science and ML
- Lead meetings and technical interactions in English
- Transform legacy processes into automated, robust, and scalable solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent English, with the ability to lead meetings
- Proven experience as a Senior Data Scientist, taking technical ownership of end-to-end AI/ML initiatives, from ideation and scoping through implementation and production operations
- Strong command of Python applied to Data Science, automation, and pipeline development
- Hands-on experience with ML pipelines, model and artifact versioning, and reproducibility
- Experience with model monitoring and drift management
- Experience with large-scale data and distributed environments (PySpark)
- Ability to work autonomously, assume technical ownership, and translate legacy processes into robust automations
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical decisions clearly and objectively
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to translate business needs into practical and scalable solutions
- Ability to influence decisions and build trusted relationships with stakeholders
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Focus on delivering value and results for clients and the business
