About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support our managed-service customers with all aspects of Microsoft 365
- Manage users, devices, and licenses in Entra ID, Intune, and Exchange Online
- Support hybrid environments with Active Directory and Entra Connect
- Handle tickets and provide direct customer support
- Visit customers on-site in the region, for example for device rollouts or network-related issues
- Support rollouts, migrations, and security projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in IT administration, ideally with Microsoft 365
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory
- Willingness to develop your skills in Intune, Entra ID, and security
- Reliable and independent working style
- Class B driving licence
- Career changers and entry-level candidates who have completed training as an IT specialist or hold a relevant degree are also welcome
