About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide financial leadership, analytical power, constructive challenge, and insight to support delivery and tracking of Value Creation plans
Engage with APAC leadership team functional leaders, workstream leaders, and finance teams
Ensure initiatives have strong business cases and accurate cost analysis
Partner with the Transformation Office APAC Value Creation lead to drive transformation and champion the change agenda
Lead execution across APAC with pace and urgency
Support all five workstreams, with primary focus on Mills, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams
Partner with FP&A to capture forecasts in the Quarterly Forecast and integrate performance into Monthly Results reviews
Act as strategic partner to the ABU President and APAC Leadership Team
Lead monthly performance reporting and presentations, translating financial results and KPIs into insight
Own financial performance of the Value Creation agenda, including plans, forecast accuracy, risks, opportunities, and mitigation actions
Ensure disciplined investment choices through robust analysis and business cases
Provide decision support to Commercial, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Marketing
Build, coach, and develop analytical capability within mills and supply chain finance teams
Partner with the Transformation Office, APAC Value Creation Lead, PMO, FP&A, and wider workstream teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experienced finance leader with strong commercial, operational, and technical finance capability, preferably in FMCG or another manufacturing-led consumer business
Professional accounting qualification, MBA or equivalent senior finance experience
Typically, ten years of progressive finance experience
Experience including P&L ownership, commercial analysis, business planning, manufacturing, and supply chain finance
Strong strategic and analytical capability
Ability to constructively challenge assumptions and influence senior leaders
Strong enterprise mindset and ability to work across diverse cultures, functions, and geographies
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Ability to explain complex financial matters clearly to finance and non-finance stakeholders
Strong English communication skills
Must be a local candidate already authorized to work in the role’s country
