About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the overall performance and all phases of property management for a portfolio of properties
- Oversee preparation and implementation of operating budgets

Requirements

- Bachelor degree or equivalent, relevant work experience
- Superior knowledge of commercial real estate
- Knowledge of property management accounting standards and systems
- Strong financial aptitude
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Creative problem-solving ability
- Professional designation such as CSM, CPM, or CCIM preferred
- Technology-forward mindset with strong curiosity for merging tools, particularly AI
