About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly quotas
  • Coach, empower, and engage 12–14 Sales Agents in a call-center environment
  • Meet or exceed target performance plans and objective standards for agents
  • Provide data reporting, analysis, and tracking of team and individual Agent sales performance
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in other departments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and enhancements
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to drive production
  • Assist in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new Sales Agents
  • Oversee experienced insurance Sales Agents and drive call-center metrics
  • Identify coaching opportunities, celebrate team wins, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Partner with other departments to ensure the sales team has the tools needed for success

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of sales experience
  • 2+ years of experience managing Sales Agents
  • Active Property and Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines (PL) license
  • Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals and performance metrics
  • Mastery of the insurance sales process from beginning to end
  • Ability to train and enhance internal processes
  • Proficiency with sales software (CRM) and reporting tools
  • Ability to use data to drive decisions
  • Ability to understand agent and customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Must be able to live and work full-time in one of the listed U.S. states
  • Must be available Monday–Friday for either 9:00 AM–6:00 PM CST or 11:00 AM–8:00 PM CST
  • Required to work a rotating Saturday shift every 4–6 weeks
  • Authorized to work for any employer in the United States
