About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in deep-dive customer business requirements discovery sessions
- Develop requirements specifications documentation
- Support the Solution Architect in providing creative solutions to complex business problems while maintaining best practices
- Learn Kinaxis Maestro and perform solution configuration
- Train customer end users on the configured solution
- Understand supply chain industry trends and benchmark customers against them
- Ensure customers obtain the business benefits captured in the business case
- Support solution validation and testing and capture user feedback
- Support data management and data integration activities
- Perform other reasonable project-related tasks assigned by senior staff
Requirements
What you’ll need- '28/'29 graduates
- BS/MS/PhD in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Computer Science, Statistics, Business or a related field
- Excellent academic record
- Passion for working in customer-facing roles
- Great interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Ability to learn Kinaxis Maestro
- Self-direction and ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to work effectively in a team and with people at all organizational levels
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English and Japanese, verbally and in writing
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to participate in an on-site Tokyo internship from July 26 to August 6
