About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work as a full-time developer on the ML team, from technology selection through production code
Develop new product ideas, demos for executives, and patent applications
Write Python code for microservice architectures
Contribute to continuous improvement of the AI platform, ensuring scalability and security
Participate in agile processes including sprint planning, huddles, pair programming, and retrospectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Work with a mentor and access required training

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in full-time education or a recent/upcoming graduate within 12 months of the placement end date
Completed 2+ years in a Computer Science or Engineering program
Some hands-on experience with Machine Learning through work terms, hackathons, competitions, or similar
Curiosity and passion for applying Machine Learning to solve real problems
Experience with optimization (linear programming, mixed integer problems, solvers) is an asset
Experience in statistical inference and related concepts is an asset
