About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Global Partner Organization team with project tracking, follow-ups, pipeline management, and relationship documentation
  • Analyze data and create reports to provide strategic insights for decision-making
  • Create partner-facing and executive-facing presentations and reports
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, product, and other business units to strengthen Kinaxis and partner growth
  • Organize meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and taking actionable notes
  • Evolve and maintain internal documentation, dashboards, and knowledge bases
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently enrolled in full-time education or a recent/upcoming graduate within 12 months of the placement end date
  • Pursuing or recently completed an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related field
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Passion for technology and its application to solve business problems
  • Self-starter with strong initiative
  • Natural curiosity with a passion for learning and contributing to a growing global partnerships function
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working independently in a hybrid setting, at least 3 days a week from Kinaxis Headquarters in Kanata
  • Master's in business, finance, economics, management or MBA is an asset
