About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in coordinating product updates or upgrades to customer environments
- Conduct negotiations and influence others while remaining flexible and adaptable
- Assist in creating and communicating maintenance windows to external and internal audiences
- Implement and validate change log evidence for accuracy
- Manage support cases and knowledge base articles
- Coordinate change introduction on Windows-based platforms with exposure to data center maintenance
- Create and assist in analyzing Analytic Comparison reports for a quarterly patch management program
- Attend weekly support meetings and alert the broader team to issues that may impact them
- Perform additional projects upon request
Requirements
What you’ll need- Enrolled in a post-secondary diploma or degree in a related discipline
- Currently enrolled in full-time education or a recent/upcoming graduate within 12 months of the placement end date
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong research and troubleshooting skills
- Solid working knowledge of Windows environments
- Must adhere to security and confidentiality requirements
