About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead execution of complex enterprise software product programs from initiation through delivery, driving outcomes rather than simply tracking activities
- Proactively identify execution risks, remove blockers, re-sequence work when constraints emerge, and drive recovery plans to maintain delivery confidence
- Establish and maintain a single integrated program plan aligning Product Management, Engineering, and GTM teams around shared milestones and outcomes
- Drive accountability across stakeholders while ensuring ownership remains with appropriate functional leaders
- Orchestrate readiness across development, release, go-to-market, deployment, support, and customer readiness lifecycle stages
- Translate program risks, dependencies, and trade-offs into clear recommendations and decisions for stakeholders
- Drive path-to-green recovery plans when initiatives are off track
- Support financial and investment visibility in partnership with Finance
- Continuously improve program delivery processes for predictability and efficiency
- Provide visibility into program health, risks, dependencies, readiness, and key decisions for Product, Engineering, and business leaders
- Deliver concise, decision-oriented reporting enabling stakeholder alignment and informed decision-making
- Translate complex cross-functional initiatives into clear actions, trade-offs, and recommendations
- Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Atlassian Rovo, and Copilot to improve program visibility, reporting quality, risk identification, dependency analysis, and stakeholder communication
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software product program management (SaaS or complex B2B preferred)
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional programs involving Product Management, Engineering, GTM, Deployment, Support, and Customer Success teams, with responsibility for risks, dependencies, readiness, and executive stakeholder communication
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and enterprise product delivery
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to executive and technical audiences
- Proven ability to manage complex dependencies and drive cross-functional alignment
- Proficiency in modern AI-enabled productivity tools such as Jira, Confluence and Aha
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
- Nice to have: Experience partnering with GTM teams to track product readiness milestones such as Ready to Sell, Ready to Deploy, Ready for Growth, and partner enablement readiness
