About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of customer implementations across student and commercial projects
  • Oversee change requests and assess their impact on scope, timelines, and cost
  • Own project scope, timelines, budgets, and commercial performance
  • Create and manage project timelines in Monday.com, with delivery backlogs in Jira
  • Manage project administration in Salesforce, including budget tracking and billing
  • Use AI tools to automate and optimise workflows and project administration
  • Facilitate project governance, including RAID logs, change logs, status reporting, and stakeholder meetings
  • Manage customer stakeholders and align expectations
  • Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and change requests
  • Monitor revenue, margins, and billable utilisation
  • Collaborate with Professional Services, Cloud Operations, Technical Services, Product, and Support teams
  • Support pre-sales activities and pipeline planning with delivery input and effort estimates
  • Balance priorities across the portfolio as part of the PMO
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement across project delivery
  • Improve project delivery frameworks, tools, and reporting standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A recognised project management qualification, e.g. PRINCE2, APM PMQ, or PMP
  • Demonstrated experience delivering software implementation projects
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Dynamic, proactive approach and comfort with shifting priorities
  • Strong commercial awareness, including budgets, margins, billing, and change control
  • Confidence using Monday.com, Jira, and Salesforce
  • Genuine interest in using AI to automate and optimise workflows
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Agile project management qualification, e.g. PRINCE2 Agile, AgilePM, or PMI-ACP (nice to have)
  • SaaS experience strongly preferred
