About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate all internal and external tasks to deploy assigned service projects
Handle several large to mid-size projects and additional smaller projects simultaneously
Conduct internal and external project kick-off meetings and establish project schedules
Schedule and hold project status meetings as necessary
Undertake project job cost assessment and tracking
Provide monthly project forecasts
Support and assist the Sales team with project timelines and RFP responses
Interface with vendors as necessary
Act as Single Point of Contact during project execution
Apply industry knowledge, experience, interpersonal skills and administrative techniques to coordinate unified visual communications solutions for customers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience working in Project Management position within the AV/VC/Unified Comms sector
Able to lead Project Teams to meet assigned success criteria
PMP or equivalent Project Management Certification desired, not essential
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Background in a supervisory / leadership role
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
Comfortable with domestic travel requiring multi-night stays within and at times outside the local work area
Some international travel may be required
Valid U.S. driver’s license is a requirement and must have a positive driver’s abstract
Must be willing to complete background checks and drug tests as required by current or future contracts
