Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Writing, Communications, English, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience writing proposals and managing the RF(X) process
  • Experience with bid/no-bid decision-making, proposal lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Proven track record of successfully leading proposal development efforts in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Experience with Responsive content library software (desired)
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign (desired)
  • Familiarity with Adobe PDF tools for document preparation and editing (desired)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Leadership, collaboration, project management, adaptability, and process improvement capabilities
