About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify relevant data sources and assist in analyzing data quality and applicability
  • Clean, manipulate, and structure large datasets for analysis
  • Build compelling visualizations and presentations to convey complex findings
  • Collaborate with department/function experts to define important metrics, visualizations, and dashboards
  • Identify and implement ways to optimize data collection, storage, and analysis efficiency
  • Track, maintain, and provide current information on the operation's business scorecard
  • Share knowledge and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve project goals
  • Support the Quality organization by working with cross-functional leaders to identify key business metrics
  • Uncover opportunities to improve performance, solve business challenges, optimize processes, and support data-driven decisions
  • Translate technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's or equivalent experience preferred)
  • Four+ years of experience as a data analyst, including managing projects and working with cross functional team
  • Experience in data storytelling and simplifying complex information into clear ideas
  • Statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and experience with Big Data technologies (desired)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to tailor presentations for diverse audiences
  • Familiarity with enterprise data pipelines and warehousing
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically about data and identify trends and anomalies
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the country of employment on a permanent basis
  • No visa sponsorship, transfer, or support available now or in the future
