About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support semi-complex systems integrating hardware and software
  • Provide support in semi-complex material specification and schematic troubleshooting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 1+ year's experience in a related field providing Customer Service Support
  • Experience with Allen Bradley and Schneider PLC controls platforms
  • Expertise in controls hardware troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting
  • Strong Customer Service mentality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Ability to travel 20-30% to different customer locations, including possible weekends and overtime
