About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in the support of semi-complex systems that integrate hardware and software
- Provide support in semi-complex material specification, schematic troubleshooting, and appropriate follow-up
- Recommend ideas related to efficiency improvement, cost reduction, and enhancement of customer happiness
- Offer outstanding troubleshooting expertise to Dematic's customers
- Work directly with customers remotely to use schematics and PLC logic to find and isolate issues
- Travel between 20–30% to different customer locations, which may include weekends and overtime
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 1+ year's experience in a related field providing Customer Service Support
- Experience with Allen Bradley and Schneider PLC controls platforms
- Expertise in controls hardware troubleshooting
- Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting
- Strong Customer Service mentality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Willingness to travel 20–30% to different customer locations, including possible weekends and overtime
