About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and maintain scalable automated test frameworks for Salesforce applications
Develop automated test scripts for Lightning UI, Apex-driven workflows, Salesforce Flows, APIs, and integrations
Validate Salesforce customizations
Execute functional and regression testing
Perform API and integration testing
Provide CI/CD and DevOps support
Create test and quality engineering strategies
Manage defects by logging, tracking, and validating them
Partner with Product Owners, Salesforce Architects, Developers, business stakeholders, and Release Managers
Participate in all Scrum rituals
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, scalable, and reliable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, integrations, and custom applications
Leverage AI to improve test design, automation development, test result analysis, and defect analysis

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
5+ years of QA automation experience
4+ years of Salesforce testing experience
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and platform capabilities
Experience testing Lightning Experience applications
Strong API testing skills
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Salesforce Flows, Apex basics, validation rules, profiles and permission sets, and the Salesforce security model
Experience with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, Provar, or Postman
Experience leveraging AI to generate test cases, identify edge cases, analyze test results, and accelerate root cause analysis to improve test design, automation development, and defect analysis
