Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze forecast data and execute purchase plans to align supply and demand
Identify and analyze potential issues to ensure demands are fulfilled
Maintain positive supplier relationships; negotiate and maximize company benefits
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain optimum inventory levels
Develop and implement strategic buying plans to maximize profit
Manage associate buyers
Develop product knowledge for production scheduling and quality management
Produce more visible, accurate, and timely schedules
Follow up with suppliers regarding production schedules, shipping schedules, pending claims, quality issues, and production capability issues
Provide shipping directions to suppliers and ensure timely product delivery
Issue purchase orders and monitor order processes for timely shipping and receiving
Plan and implement sourcing and procurement strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor of Arts (B.A)
8 - 13 years of relevant experience or industry exposure in a related field
Problem Solving
Korean language
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office programs
Clear communication skills
Detail oriented
Time management skills
