About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the Euka platform end to end, including CRM, segments, automations, and creator activation
- Review creator videos in Discord and provide specific, useful feedback
- Build and grow an active, organised Discord community
- Plan and run affiliate contests tied to product launches and campaigns
- Manage retainer and ambassador programmes from start to finish
- Connect Euka data and Discord conversations so both systems work together
- Run coaching calls with creators and follow up on agreed actions
- Track performance and continuously improve processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands-on experience using Euka specifically as an affiliate CRM / creator management platform
- Hands-on experience managing or growing a community on Discord specifically
- Ability to review creator videos and provide specific, actionable feedback
- Self-starter mindset; able to identify and complete needed work independently
- Ability to connect data and relationships rather than treating them as separate jobs
- Ability to work hours aligned with early US Pacific Time, with some UK afternoon overlap
- Nice to have: experience running affiliate contests, retainer programmes, or ambassador programmes
