About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead product initiatives at Kiwi from initial discovery through launch and measurement
- Identify problems and opportunities, set priorities, and take ownership of outcomes
- Investigate customer needs and business problems using data, research, feedback, and team conversations
- Define problems, desired outcomes, and success measures before solution development
- Evaluate options and trade-offs across customer impact, business value, risk, operational needs, and implementation effort
- Work with Design and Engineering to shape solutions and guide development and launch
- Align Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Data on initiative decisions
- Measure post-launch results and improve the product based on learnings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience as a Product Manager leading initiatives from problem discovery through launch and measurement
- Strong product judgment: ability to analyze ambiguous problems, evaluate options, recommend priorities, and explain decisions
- Experience working with Engineering and Design on digital products involving complex processes and integrations
- Ability to combine data, research, and customer feedback when making product decisions
- Clear communication and ability to align teams with different needs and goals
- Autonomy to drive initiatives, resolve blockers, and adjust course as new information becomes available
- English level at least intermediate
- Location in Argentina, Colombia, or the Dominican Republic
- Experience as a Product Manager; years not specified in the posting
- Fintech experience is asked in the application form, but is not listed as a required posting qualification
