About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze relevant KPIs for the respective business units and derive well-founded recommendations for management
Act as a sparring partner for individual departments in the role of a business partner
Create, develop, and automate various reports
Play a key role in developing and maintaining BI solutions, ideally using Power BI
Support budget planning, forecasting, and variance analyses
Identify optimization potential in collaboration with the relevant departments
Ensure and continuously improve reporting processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on controlling or finance, or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in controlling or a comparable analytical role, such as Business Analyst
Excellent analytical skills and a strong affinity for numbers
Solid knowledge of reporting
Experience with BI tools, ideally Power BI, is an advantage
Proficient in Excel
Structured, independent approach to work, combined with strong communication skills and assertiveness
Good command of English
