About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Advising and supporting managers and employees on all HR-related matters
  • Preparing employment-law documents, such as employment contracts, contract amendments, and employment references
  • Managing employee absences
  • Conducting the onboarding of new employees
  • Creating and maintaining personnel files
  • Supporting the recruitment of specialists and managers
  • Proactively coordinating with Controlling on budget planning and monthly and annual financial closings
  • Coordinating with Payroll on payroll-related matters
  • Handling special HR-related projects and topics

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Business Administration or a related field with a specialization in Human Resources, or comparable vocational training with additional qualifications as a certified HR specialist
  • At least one year of professional experience in Human Resources
  • Very good knowledge of German labor law and the Works Constitution Act
  • Sound knowledge of wage tax and social insurance law
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Results-oriented, structured, and independent approach to work
  • Flexible, highly organized, and an exceptional team player
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to other locations
