About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support customer evaluations through on-tool data acquisition, spectrum collection, and recipe setup/development
  • Collect and analyze spectra, logs, images, and raw tool data for Proof of Application planning and execution
  • Validate and qualify tool performance against customer requirements and application standards
  • Review, optimize, and troubleshoot process recipes
  • Summarize data and findings to identify root causes and resolve tool issues
  • Prepare technical reports, presentations, and engagement proposals based on analysis results and customer needs
  • Collaborate with customers, field teams, and engineering groups to drive successful application outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline
  • Minimum 1–2 years of related experience
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
  • Good English communication skills, written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to work in a semiconductor cleanroom environment
  • Ability to support overnight shifts and occasional customer-site activities as required
  • Experience with semiconductor metrology, inspection, process equipment, or data analysis preferred
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis and technical troubleshooting methodologies preferred
  • VBA/Macro experience is a plus
