About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide legal advice to Brazilian and international clients on matters involving the occupation, use, and/or regularization of real estate in Brazil, as well as the development of real estate projects and transactions, including financial and capital markets matters
- Coordinate legal due diligence processes and prepare/review legal due diligence reports
- Draft contracts for the acquisition, sale, and lease of real estate, the creation of security interests, and other instruments related to the structuring of real estate market transactions, including the analysis and preparation of instruments for real estate development registration and the establishment of condominiums
- Coordinate measures to monitor proceedings before the Real Estate Registry
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), obtained between 2020 and 2022
- Graduate degree and/or specialization in related areas
- Advanced English proficiency
- Experience in real estate advisory work
