Key responsibilities & impact
  • Respond to ongoing technical issues of KLA equipment where field product support teams were unable to solve
  • Apply in-depth system knowledge and understanding of operating principles to resolve challenging problems
  • Select methods and techniques for achieving results within broadly defined practices and policies
  • Collaborate with specialists and other teams to craft optimized action plans
  • Resolve technical issues and recover equipment functionality to customer satisfaction
  • Document troubleshooting processes and technical findings
  • Generate service reports and presentations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years or equivalent years of experience
  • Hands-on experience in hardware and software integration, testing and troubleshooting in semiconductor wafer FILM and CD metrology systems is an advantage
  • Excellent data analytical and diagnostic skills
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Proficient with all Windows Office suite applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI
  • Strong project management skill is a plus
