Key responsibilities & impact

Develop Klar’s cross-platform mobile and web applications using Flutter
Advance Klar’s mobile experience and scale the platform
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers
Deliver secure, responsive, and user-friendly experiences across Android, iOS, and Web
Build high-performance applications with integrations across product, analytics, and infrastructure
Use AI as an integral part of the development workflow
Improve agents, tools, and automation to increase engineering quality and velocity
Work within a monorepo using modular design, testing, Git workflows, code quality tools, CI/CD, and automated testing

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of Flutter development experience
Strong Dart programming fundamentals
Experience with complex state management in large applications
API integration and data handling expertise
Experience with multiple testing approaches
Problem-solving abilities for complex technical challenges
Clean, maintainable code practices
Experience participating in code reviews and technical discussions
Flutter 3.27.3+ and Dart 3.10.0+ proficiency
Strong experience with BLoC pattern and Cubit
Understanding of clean architecture principles
Performance optimization and monitoring
Strong understanding of AI coding agents and agent harnesses, including context management, tool use, planning/execution loops, and permissions
Ability to configure and tune coding agents for large codebases
Experience using AI across exploration, implementation, refactoring, testing, debugging, code review, and documentation
Ability to design reliable, repeatable AI workflows
Valuable experience with Flutter for Web, Firebase, CI/CD, monorepos, custom UI components, platform-specific integrations, payment systems, marketing platforms, security implementations, BigQuery, web development, native mobile development, custom agents, MCP or similar protocols, repository-level AI conventions, and agent performance evaluation
