About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the corporate control of the group’s entities, including corporate books, powers of attorney, notices, minutes, and corporate structure
- Prepare, coordinate, and follow up on shareholders’ meetings
- Prepare, coordinate, and follow up on Board of Directors meetings
- Prepare, coordinate, and follow up on unanimous resolutions adopted outside of meetings
- Prepare, coordinate, and follow up on committee and internal governance body minutes
- Manage the corporate and regulatory calendar
- Draft and review corporate documentation, including notices, minutes, resolutions, powers of attorney, and certifications
- Manage and monitor litigation matters, including case status, deadlines, procedural calendars, and coordination with external law firms
- Support compliance with regulatory obligations before CNBV, BANXICO, and CONDUSEF
- Coordinate with notaries, external counsel, and internal teams
- Support in-person legal and regulatory procedures, including filings, court follow-ups, and interactions with authorities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- 2+ years of experience in corporate governance / corporate law
- Experience in a law firm, notary office, or in-house legal role
- Experience with regulated entities is a plus
- Advanced English level
- Strong legal drafting skills
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
- Interest and comfort in using AI tools to improve efficiency, organization, and day-to-day legal work
- Experience working with regulated financial entities
- Experience preparing corporate minutes and managing corporate books
- Experience filing legal documents before courts or regulatory authorities
- Experience managing or tracking litigation matters
