About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Paste a full customer-support chat or email thread, including both sides, from start to finish
- Answer one question about how the conversation ended
- Submit 1 to 2 conversations per submission
- Follow the task brief and on-screen steps in the Kled app
- Submissions are reviewed and accepted submissions are licensed to AI labs
Requirements
What you’ll need- iPhone running iOS 18.6 or later
- Age 18 or older
- Own writing, typed in the app
- Find and submit a complete customer-support chat or email thread, including both sides from opening to close
- Answer the question about how the conversation ended
- Opt in to a commercial training license on each upload
