About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain and further develop the company’s GDPR compliance
  • Maintain internal and subcontractor processing registers
  • Support business teams in updating records of internal and subcontractor processing activities
  • Contribute to awareness initiatives on the protection of personal data
  • Contribute to controls assessing the implementation of processes and procedures
  • Contribute to the process for managing data subject rights requests
  • Respond to prospects’ and clients’ inquiries regarding security matters, particularly in the context of requests for proposals
  • Conduct periodic security assessments of suppliers
  • Contribute to controls assessing the implementation of security processes and procedures
  • Support business teams in their risk assessments
  • Monitor the implementation of risk treatment plans by business teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree in risk management, compliance, or an equivalent field
  • A background in digital law or experience in this area is preferred to support data protection activities
  • Strong anticipation and planning skills
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Rigor and autonomy
  • Strong ability to produce concise reports
  • Enjoys teamwork and interacting with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Good understanding of the technical and organizational operation of an information system
