About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather and analyze the needs of clients and business teams
- Define the scope of Data and AI projects, including objectives, scope, timelines, resources, risks, and success metrics
- Translate business challenges into functional and data requirements
- Manage projects end to end, from scoping through production deployment
- Coordinate Data, Data Engineering, AI, development, and business stakeholder teams
- Organize and facilitate workshops, project committees, and progress meetings
- Track timelines, workloads, budgets, risks, and dependencies
- Ensure the quality of deliverables and their alignment with business requirements
- Contribute to defining Data/AI architectures and solutions with technical experts
- Support testing, deployment, and change management phases
- Monitor the performance and adoption of implemented solutions
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Data project management methods and practices
- Monitor developments in Data and AI use cases and technologies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree (engineering school or university)
- Significant experience managing Data, BI, AI, or digital transformation projects
- Ideally 5 to 8 years of project management experience, preferably in Data/AI environments
- Good understanding of Data-related challenges and associated architectures
- Experience coordinating technical and business teams
- Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset and strong relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in complex environments and manage multiple topics simultaneously
- Understanding of data quality, governance, security, and data value creation is a plus
