About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design technical architectures and define the technology choices for projects
  • Develop the most complex components and ensure code quality through regular code reviews
  • Support, train, and help development teams build their skills
  • Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines and delivery processes
  • Lead Cloud and DevSecOps initiatives in collaboration with the Technology and Innovation Department
  • Maintain an active technology watch and experiment with new solutions through proofs of concept (PoCs)
  • Contribute technical expertise during pre-sales activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree or equivalent (engineering school or university)
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Tech Lead
  • Strong experience in Fullstack development
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills
  • Interest in modern architectures, Cloud technologies, and software development best practices
