About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Gather and analyze business requirements
Model processes and document user journeys
Design functional specifications and prepare the associated documentation
Participate in wireframing and solution definition with technical teams
Define testing strategies and test plans
Coordinate and lead user acceptance testing phases
Track defects, assess user feedback, and support resolution
Ensure the delivered solution meets client expectations
Act as the link between business stakeholders and delivery teams
Champion the functional vision throughout the project
Contribute to successful deployments and change management initiatives
Support pre-sales activities
Contribute to responding to requests for proposals
Provide expertise on clients’ business and functional challenges

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree (engineering school, university, or equivalent)
At least 3–4 years of experience as a Functional Consultant, AMOA/MOE Consultant, or Business Analyst in complex project environments
Ability to quickly understand business challenges and translate them into functional solutions
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organizational, analytical, and coordination skills
Team-oriented and customer-focused mindset
Technical or software development experience is an advantage
This role may involve projects requiring security clearance
