About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify and reach out to youth centers, makerspaces, and cultural education venues through digital channels, by phone, and in person
  • Build a pipeline of prospective venues and keep track of the status of up to one hundred locations
  • Convince venue managers and educators of the benefits of Klub
  • Take responsibility for the KPIs covering the number of active locations and uploaded offerings
  • Attend professional conferences, networking events, and youth centers
  • Develop and deliver your own onboarding, networking, and workshop formats
  • Run outreach and onboarding campaigns by email
  • Create guides, templates, and short videos explaining how to use the platform
  • Reactivate inactive locations and analyze the reasons for inactivity
  • Work closely with Marketing on campaigns and brand presence
  • Build and maintain a network of organizations, districts, professional associations, and youth welfare offices
  • Turn satisfied locations into Klub Ambassadors
  • Build a community among participating organizations
  • Track pipeline and activation figures and continuously optimize outreach
  • Document and standardize successful initiatives
  • Collaborate with the executive team, Marketing & Community, and Product Development
  • Feed location feedback into product development
  • Work with young content creators to support on-site activation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience persuading people or organizations to get involved with something—through community building, partner management, sales, youth work, or events
  • Startup experience is a plus
  • Confident working with CRM, email, and project management tools
  • Willingness to call, visit, and persuade organizations you have not worked with before
  • Ability to write emails that get read and explain complex topics simply
  • Persistent without being pushy
  • Structured approach to work and reliable follow-up with numerous contacts
  • Knowledge of youth work, or the ability to understand it quickly, is a plus
  • Excellent German skills at a native-speaker level
  • Professional fluency in English
