About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify and reach out to youth centers, makerspaces, and cultural education venues digitally, by phone, and in person
  • Build a pipeline of potential venues and maintain an overview of the status of up to 100 locations
  • Convince venue managers and on-site educators of the value of Klub
  • Take responsibility for KPIs such as the number of active locations and uploaded opportunities
  • Attend professional conferences, networking events, and youth centers
  • Develop and deliver your own onboarding, networking, and workshop formats
  • Execute outreach and onboarding campaigns by email
  • Develop guides, templates, and short videos to activate venues
  • Reactivate dormant locations and analyze the underlying causes
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and brand presence
  • Build and maintain a network of organizations, districts, professional associations, and youth welfare offices
  • Turn satisfied locations into Klub Ambassadors
  • Build a community among participating venues
  • Track pipeline and activation metrics and optimize outreach activities
  • Document successful approaches and make them repeatable
  • Collaborate with the executive team, Marketing & Community, and Product Development
  • Feed location feedback back into product development
  • Work with young content creators to support on-site activation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience persuading people or organizations to get involved—whether through community building, partner management, sales, youth work, or events
  • Startup experience is a plus
  • Confident using CRM, email, and project management tools
  • Enjoy reaching out to unfamiliar organizations by phone and in person and convincing them to participate
  • Ability to write clear emails and explain complex topics simply
  • Persistent without being pushy
  • Structured working style and reliable follow-up across many contacts
  • Knowledge of youth work is a plus
  • Excellent German skills at a native-speaker level
  • Fluent business English
