Analyze existing content and refine formats based on performance
Work on small independent projects related to media, design, video, and artificial intelligence
Work directly with the founders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Interest in media production, content creation, design, and artificial intelligence
Creativity and a strong sense of visual design and digital trends
Enthusiasm for experimenting with new AI tools and technologies
Initial experience with tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or comparable applications is an advantage, but not required
Initiative and willingness to try new things and implement them independently
Good command of German
Motivation to contribute ideas and develop creative solutions
