About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Consult and treat patients experiencing mental health conditions
Proactively check in with patients on their treatment plans
Collaborate with customer service for operational support as needed
Respond to patient messages and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Provide feedback to improve quality of care and operational processes
Work as a staff-level telemedicine clinician on KMG’s telemedicine platform
Deliver evidence-based, quality virtual care and medical expertise
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least two (2) years of telehealth experience, experience with family or internal medicine
Multiple state licenses required; must have at least 10 licenses
Must be able to work at least one (1) weekend shift
Excellent written and verbal communication with an emphasis on clarity and compassion
No restrictions on your ability to be credentialed with Medicaid or other payers
Willingness to work across various conditions / service lines
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
