About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the development and continuous improvement of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) processes
- Define relevant KPIs and develop and maintain a supply chain dashboard
- Analyze data from procurement, production, order fulfillment, and logistics
- Prepare meaningful insights for management and functional departments
- Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Production, Logistics, and Controlling
- Help shape standardized planning processes, reporting formats, and recurring procedures
- Independently take ownership of defined tasks in day-to-day operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a degree program in industrial engineering, business administration, supply chain management, or a comparable field
- Interest in supply chain management, production planning, and process-oriented collaboration
- Ideally, initial experience in planning, scheduling, performance metrics, or reporting
- Proficiency in Excel
- Knowledge of Power BI, ERP systems, or other BI and analytics tools is an additional advantage
- Strong analytical thinking
- Structured and detail-oriented approach to work
- Strong communication skills and a hands-on mentality
- Ability to proactively handle tasks independently and collaborate successfully with different functional departments
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
