About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complete the 24-month Knauf APAC Management Trainee Program (LEAP – LEaders Acceleration Program)
- Gain hands-on experience across Manufacturing (Production & Process), Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Commercial Teams

Requirements
What you’ll need- Engineering or related commercial discipline graduate
- Background in mechanical, chemical, electrical, structural, architecture, civil engineering, business, marketing, economics, finance and accounts, or a related engineering or commercial discipline
- 0 to 3 years of work experience
- Understand and able to converse in basic English
- Enjoy solving problems and thinking analytically
- Communicate well and collaborate effectively
- Motivated by innovation, sustainability and improvement
- Team-first mindset and willingness to learn
- Successful completion of online assessments, case study assessment centre and panel interview
