Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in business, finance, commerce, economics, or engineering
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels
Strategy consulting experience
Strong financial modelling skills
Exceptional PowerPoint capabilities
Executive communication skills
Strong structured problem-solving and analytical skills
Critical thinking and good judgement
Goal- and result-oriented approach, including in time-critical situations
Personal ownership of results and highest integrity
High work ethic and personal motivation
Ability to work independently and drive critical workstreams with limited guidance
General knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies advantageous
Project management experience advantageous
