About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead SaaS Operations, DevSecOps, and Platform Delivery Engineering teams, plus the senior security engineer
- Own customer-facing SaaS operations, including SLAs, runbooks, on-call, and critical-incident management
- Own the quality, patch cadence, upgrade paths, and L3 escalations for on-premise releases
- Run continuous delivery for SaaS and versioned on-premise bundles from the same build
- Maintain shared Helm charts to prevent SaaS and on-premise delivery drift
- Ensure reliable CI/CD pipelines, policy-as-code, and secure, scalable delivery workflows
- Own tooling and processes for customer migrations to new on-premise releases or SaaS
- Manage the operations partner against contractual KPIs and grow the internal SaaS Operations team
- Maintain SOC 2 / ISO readiness and complete, reliable audit evidence
- Coordinate release gates and safe, repeatable deployments with product and engineering teams
- Track and improve DORA metrics separately for SaaS and on-premise delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience running production SaaS and shipping self-managed enterprise software
- Experience shipping versioned releases into customer-managed Kubernetes environments
- Knowledge of Helm-based installations, upgrade paths, patch releases, and L3 support
- End-to-end understanding of CI/CD systems
- Knowledge of runtime reliability, policy-as-code, secure pipeline design, and software supply chain security
- Ability to lead high-severity incidents and coordinate incident response
- Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders and customers
- Experience building repeatable, auditable release, on-call, and operational processes
- Experience migrating enterprise customers across major versions or delivery models
- Experience managing external operations partners against SLAs and KPIs
- Experience building internal teams alongside external partners
- Experience growing and leading teams across SaaS operations, DevSecOps, and platform delivery engineering
