About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Advise internal and external users on technical issues
  • Support and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure across all locations
  • Provide support on automation and virtualization topics
  • Work with modern technologies, such as Azure cloud computing and Microsoft 365
  • Handle data protection, IT security, and compliance tasks
  • Analyze and resolve incidents using a ticketing system
  • Contribute to small and large-scale IT projects, from planning through implementation
  • Rotate through various specialist departments to gain broad knowledge of different areas of the Knipping Group and its customers
  • Attend Christian-Schmidt School in Neckarsulm during the three-year apprenticeship

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Intermediate secondary school diploma or university entrance qualification
  • Good German and English language skills
  • Interest in computer science and enthusiasm for technical concepts
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
  • Willingness to learn and ability to adapt to new situations
  • Careful, conscientious, and responsible approach to work
  • Initial experience using Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a passenger car
