About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive net-new revenue by identifying, engaging, and closing partnerships with enterprise organizations
  • Collaborate with Research and Customer Success teams throughout the sales process to align products with client needs
  • Lead a consultative, insight-driven sales process from discovery through close
  • Develop tailored outreach strategies and partner with Marketing on inbound interest
  • Ensure seamless post-sale handoffs, communicating client goals, stakeholders, and success criteria
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities within existing clients and expand Knit’s footprint across business units and functions
  • Maintain pipeline integrity, forecasting accuracy, and deal-cycle documentation
  • Represent Knit at conferences, trade shows, and industry events
  • Continuously experiment and improve sales and engagement approaches

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience leading a consultative, full-cycle enterprise sales process
  • Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding $1M+ annual sales quotas
  • Experience selling $100K+ annual contracts to Fortune 1000 companies
  • Strong emphasis on discovery through a thoughtful, intentional, curious, and consultative sales process
  • Exceptional organization with disciplined pipeline management and attention to detail
  • Deep curiosity and ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling value
  • Experience working in a collaborative, fast-scaling environment alongside customer success, marketing, and product teams
  • Builder’s mindset; comfortable navigating ambiguity and shaping the sales playbook
  • Direct experience selling into Insights, Analytics, or Marketing teams at enterprise organizations is a nice to have
  • Familiarity with market research tools, methodologies, or data platforms is a nice to have
  • Background in SaaS, AI, or technology-enabled services is a nice to have
  • Experience in high-growth or startup environments is a nice to have
