About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead advanced troubleshooting and repair of complex systems
  • Perform full PLC diagnostics and minor programming using Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.
  • Maintain SCADA and HMI systems
  • Support robotics and automation systems
  • Perform advanced electrical diagnostics and controls work
  • Manage maintenance projects, system upgrades, and retrofits
  • Provide technical training and development for team members
  • Communicate and assist with outside vendors
  • Perform electrical panel work and wiring across all voltages
  • Install electrical infrastructure across all voltages
  • Repair and install black iron pipe, PVC, and pneumatic tubing
  • Calibrate sensors and instrumentation
  • Maintain HVAC systems
  • Fabricate and weld complex components using MIG/Stick

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Technical degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
  • Expertise in PLC programming, automation, and controls
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and mentor junior technicians
  • Knowledge of industrial Ethernet, instrumentation, and energy systems
  • Compliance with NFPA, NEC, and OSHA standards
  • Expertise with VFD’s, hydraulics and root cause analysis
  • Expertise in HVAC, plumbing and welding
  • Expertise in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
  • Expertise in hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting
  • Strong reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics
  • Must pass drug and background check
