About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own senior stakeholder relationships across a portfolio of enterprise accounts, typically 10–20
  • Serve as a strategic advisor aligned to clients’ business models, content strategies, and marketing objectives
  • Build, maintain, and evolve Account Plans defining business outcomes, strategic priorities, growth pathways, and commercial timelines
  • Lead executive-level conversations articulating results, needs, opportunities, and partnership direction
  • Promote Knotch’s platform and solutions to deepen adoption and strategic alignment
  • Own renewals, pricing conversations, and commercial strategy for each account
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers, Strategic Consulting, Leadership, Finance, and Product to structure agreements and support account objectives
  • Forecast renewals, expansions, risks, and multi-year opportunities
  • Lead internal alignment around account strategy, executive priorities, renewal posture, and expansion sequencing
  • Identify and win new business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Broaden stakeholder engagement and influence within client organizations
  • Position Knotch’s solutions for long-term adoption across marketing, content, SEO, and analytics teams
  • Maintain a healthy, strategic, multi-quarter portfolio pipeline

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of enterprise account management experience
  • Ideal candidate has worked at both a SaaS company and a marketing agency
  • Demonstrated success selling into Director–SVP level stakeholders and managing complex multi-threaded relationships
  • Quota-carrying experience or commercial ownership within enterprise accounts
  • Strong business acumen connecting marketing strategies, content performance, and digital investments to measurable outcomes
  • Proficiency with AI-powered sales, research, and productivity tools
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting to executives over Zoom and in person
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-through; able to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and workstreams simultaneously
  • Strong cross-functional instincts and comfort collaborating with Finance, Product, Customer Success, and Strategic Consulting
  • Willingness to travel as needed for key client meetings
