About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop features end to end: data model, API, user interface, deployment, and measurement
Advance AI agents through tools, prompts, orchestration, and evaluation
Ensure that AI agents become smarter, more reliable, and better coordinated
Develop Go services on AWS in a serverless cloud architecture
Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform
Analyze usage data after releases, identify drop-offs, and further develop features
Help shape product decisions and speak directly with customers about their needs
Continuously improve the platform with automated tests, CI/CD, and observability
Ensure clean code, stable processes, and a scalable architecture
Work directly with the Founder team
Technical interview involving real code and an in-person meeting with the team in Rödental

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of hands-on software development experience, whether professionally, through personal projects, or in open source
Experience independently delivering features to production and supporting them afterward
Strong proficiency in TypeScript and/or Go, with the ability to quickly get up to speed with the other
Ability to make and justify architectural decisions independently
Understanding of web applications, APIs, databases, authentication, and deployments
Experience with LLMs or agents, or a strong willingness to learn
Excellent written and spoken German and English
University degree, vocational training, or career changers are equally welcome
AWS/serverless, Terraform, MongoDB, product analytics, or early-stage startup experience are a plus, but not required
