About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day client partner and operational lead for a key enterprise account
  • Manage priorities, timelines, dependencies, risks, and client communications across workstreams
  • Deliver cross-functional insights, recommendations, thought leadership, and feedback
  • Own Client Services planning cadence, including 90-day planning, client touchpoints, executive check-ins, and EBRs
  • Prepare meeting agendas, follow-up reports, client presentations, weekly updates, and correspondence
  • Develop and operationalize account plans and strategic and technical roadmaps
  • Coordinate gamification initiatives from concept through launch
  • Connect client business needs to loyalty technology platform capabilities
  • Partner with Strategy and Decision Sciences on loyalty insights and recommendations
  • Manage client requests, scope changes, risks, and issues through resolution
  • Identify project risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges
  • Own project estimates, timelines, and resource plans
  • Support account financial health through resource allocation, forecasting, invoicing, profitability, and growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with Strategy, Decision Sciences, Creative, CRM, Product, Technology, Development, QA, and other cross-functional teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
  • 5+ years of experience, preferably in loyalty, marketing, client services or technology-enabled marketing
  • Experience serving as a day-to-day client lead for a complex enterprise account or program
  • Understanding of general marketing principles is required
  • Experience coordinating complex cross-functional initiatives across strategy, creative and technology teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously
  • Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong project management and planning skills
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong technical aptitude with loyalty platforms, SaaS products, and martech ecosystems
  • Strategic and tactical marketing experience across multiple channels and customer journeys
  • Ability to understand performance metrics and communicate insights and recommendations
  • Foundational understanding of financial business principles and customer data concepts
  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, workshops, business reviews, and other key engagements
