Key responsibilities & impact

Own end-to-end delivery orchestration for complex RCA Next migrations and multi-solution platform implementations
Build and manage integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, and cross-functional dependencies
Coordinate execution across Product, Engineering, Implementation, Solution Teams, Sales, and Customer Success
Identify, escalate, and resolve delivery risks, blockers, and decision points that impact project outcomes
Provide clear and consistent delivery status reporting, including customer-facing progress updates
Ensure alignment between contracted scope, implementation execution, and customer value realization

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Experience leading complex SaaS, data platform, or enterprise software implementation programs
Proven success managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder delivery initiatives across cross-functional teams
Strong program management expertise, including dependency management, execution tracking, risk mitigation, and delivery governance
Ability to influence outcomes and drive accountability without direct managerial authority
Healthcare, revenue cycle, financial systems, and/or hospital operations experience preferred
PMP, PgMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications are a plus
