About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain enterprise software applications
Develop solutions within an n-tier architecture, including presentation, business/service, and data-access layers
Build and maintain applications using C# and .NET
Develop responsive, maintainable user interfaces using JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks
Design, develop, and optimize database solutions
Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions
Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code following established development standards
Troubleshoot application issues and identify effective technical solutions
Participate in Agile ceremonies including planning, refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
Collaborate with engineers and team members to deliver high-quality software on schedule
Contribute to technical documentation and communicate implementation decisions clearly

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, system design, RESTful APIs, and NoSQL database management
Strong understanding of n-tier/layered application architecture
Minimum of 7 years of experience in an enterprise environment with C# and .NET
5+ years of JavaScript development and front-end work with either Angular or React
Experience with at least one modern front-end framework
Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, and modern software development practices
Experience designing and working with relational or document databases
Experience working in an Agile software development environment
Ability to understand existing systems and contribute effectively to an established codebase
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent verbal, written, and technical communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative engineering team
